Dean continues to draw caricatures, either for the public, for himself, and mainly for enjoyment. He has a collection of over 200 signed caricatures of various celebrities. He also draws for festivals and fairs and is a freelance artist with caricature being his specialty.
Dean teaches at two Catholic grade schools in the area, St. Peter the Fisherman, in his home town of Two Rivers, WI and All Saints grade school in Denmark, WI. He also works at the local library in Two Rivers, the Lester Public Library.
